Rustico Pietra Serica

It is located in the town of Pollica, at about 2 km far from Acciaroli and Pioppi. During the last years both localities have gained the blue flag of Europe, thanks to the pureness of the sea and the organisation of the facilities. Recently, the country house has been elegantly restructured. It is completely independent and it lies on the slopes of a green hill, from which you can enjoy the wonderful landscape of the coast. The house is built onto two floors, with spacious exterior spaces full of Mediterranean vegetation. From the patio you can enter in a spacious living-room with fireplace, TV Sat and, if required, two other beds. You also find the kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Through exterior stairs excavated in the ground, you can reach the first floor made up of a small exterior terrace, a spacious double-room with air-conditioned, a bathroom with shower and a cabin-armchair. Suggested for couples but also comfortable for groups of four people.
