Villa Bellavista

Situated in Casal Velino Marina, between the green of the trees and the sea, the villa is composed of 3 apartments each with a panoramic terrace and view of the gulf of Velia. Of varying sizes, well furnished and placed on differing levels, it is possible to accommodate 2 to 5 people. The two larger apartments, at ground floor and first floor are composed of 2 bedrooms, a master and a double, kitchen and bathroom. In mansard, however, we find the entrance to the living room with bed settee giving access to the master bedroom, kitchen and bedroom. The path, the view and the plants typical of the Mediterranean circling the villa, create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The location overall makes it possible to visit the archaeological ruins of Velia 2 km away and to easily join the beaches of Casal Velino Marina.
