Marina di Casal Velino

In the heart of the National Park of Cilento, close to the archaeological area of Velia-Elea, surrounded by typical hill paths rich in luxurious Mediterranean vegetation, Casal Velino Marina is a fascinating place where you can spend a lovely holiday. The beaches extend for 7km, south of the river Alento and to the north the coast stretching to Pioppi. Close by are the villages of Casal Velino and Acquavella, in panoramic positions facing the sea, and following the invasions of the Saracens the people settled in these villages, yet the history and culture is still alive today with the typical streets, buildings and apartments and the local produce.
