This newly built apartment in Marina di Casal Velino is ideal for weekly holiday rentals and offers a comfortable stay in a quiet residential area. Located on the ground floor of a charming local stone building, the apartment covers approximately 45 sqm and can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
The property is just a short drive from the Dominella area and the town centre. The sea is easily reachable via a short downhill path, with a pebble beach at 300 metres and a sandy beach at 400 metres. Recently furnished with attention to detail, the apartment features air-conditioned rooms and advanced insulation with sound-absorbing and soundproof panels, ensuring a quiet and pleasant stay. Guests have access to a shared swimming pool with a solarium area equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and deck chairs, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Inside, the apartment offers a bright living area with a sofa bed, dining table, chairs, TV and a functional kitchenette. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with a spacious wardrobe and a modern bathroom with shower. At the entrance, a private furnished terrace with table and chairs provides the perfect space for outdoor meals.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, kettle and electric grill. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, washing machine and bed linen (unless otherwise agreed). On request, a travel cot and high chair are available. A reserved parking space is provided, along with access to the hot outdoor shower near the pool and a shared barbecue area. In July and August, air conditioning and bed linen are included. A courtesy kit with soap and shampoo is offered on arrival.
The seafront promenade and town centre are just a 1-minute drive away. Thanks to its strategic location within the Cilento National Park, guests can easily visit Velia-Elea, Pioppi and the Mediterranean Diet Museum, Acciaroli, the Paestum archaeological site, as well as the stunning coastline of Palinuro and Marina di Camerota.

The pool is available from mid-May to October 30th.
The saltwater pool measures 10x5 meters and has a maximum depth of 135 cm. It is surrounded by flooring and furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas to ensure maximum relaxation. The pool's operating hours are from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Please adhere to the pool regulations to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.
The prices shown in the table are per week. Stays are from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-out time is by 10:00 AM, and check-in is from 3:00 PM.
The prices include: pool, use of air conditioning for July and August; bed and bath linen for stays of at least 1 week; water, electricity, and gas; cleaning.
Tourist tax not included: €1 per person per day.
Air conditioning is available in the bedroom and living room.
A deposit is required upon booking, with the balance due upon arrival and key handover.
Upon arrival, you must present an ID document.
Under no circumstances can the number of guests exceed 4 people (2 adults and two children or 3 adults).
The accommodation is delivered to guests in perfect order and cleanliness. Upon check-out, any damage will be charged. Guests must ensure the property is left in order before departure.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
From the 29th day, 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded.
From the 14th day, for late cancellations, the deposit will not be refunded.
