Newly built apartment in Marina di Casal Velino for weekly rentals. The accommodation has an area of 45 sqm and is located on the ground floor of a building made of local stone. It can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and two children. Located in a quiet area, just a minute's drive from Dominella beach and the town center. The sea, with a pebble beach just 300 meters away and a sandy beach 400 meters away, can be reached via a short downhill path. The apartment has been recently furnished with care and offers air-conditioned rooms for maximum comfort. The accommodation is built with insulating panels and walls equipped with sound-absorbing and soundproof panels. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool with a solarium area furnished with umbrellas, sunbeds, and deck chairs.

Inside the accommodation, you will find a cozy living room with a sofa bed, dining table with chairs, TV, and kitchenette. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom furnished with bedside tables and a large wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower box. Outside, the spacious terrace at the entrance, furnished with a table and chairs, is perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, kettle, and electric grill. The accommodation includes bed linen (unless otherwise agreed), Wi-Fi connection, and a washing machine. Additionally, on request, a foldable travel cot and a high chair are available. A reserved parking space is also available outside. Guests can use the hot water shower located in the pool area, as well as the shared barbecue.
