In a peaceful setting, at the entrance of the town (near the Bolivar cinema), just a few hundred meters from the center and the beautiful beaches of Marina di Camerota, we offer a spacious apartment, recently renovated, tastefully furnished, and fully equipped with all services. The apartment "Casa della Nonna" can accommodate up to 4 people and has a private entrance leading into a spacious, fully equipped kitchen.

The house consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and a large bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The property is located in a private area with a designated parking space.

In June, July, and August, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required, while in other months, you can book for just 2 nights.
The Municipal Tourist Tax will be calculated and indicated in the estimate and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Check-in is from 3:30 PM - check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM at the latest. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due upon arrival. Pets are allowed, but only small-sized ones and with prior approval. Bed linen is available upon request for a fee.
