Located in a building (Villa Clelia) between the green of the countryside and the blue of the sea, the accommodation allows you to easily reach the convenient equipped area by the sea with direct access to the bay dotted with rocks, through a path that winds through olive trees, oaks and Mediterranean shrubs. The apartment on the first floor consists of an entrance, a comfortable kitchen, two well-furnished bedrooms with air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower. It can comfortably accommodate 5 or 6 people. Very bright, it enjoys a wonderful sea view to the west from the balconies that overlook the coast towards Pioppi, and to the north-east on the green of the hill and the blue of the gulf up to the Tower of Velia. The accommodation also has an equipped outdoor area in contact with the green of the surrounding nature.
