San Nicola a Mare is a fraction of the municipality of Montecorice, located along the Tyrrhenian coast of Cilento, about 7 kilometers north of the municipal capital. It is a small inhabited center characterized by the presence of a tourist harbor, where you can rent boats and vessels for excursions along the coast. The beach in the village is characterized by a long and narrow stretch of shore composed of small to medium-sized light-colored pebbles. The surrounding landscape is pristine and rich in Mediterranean vegetation.

How to reach San Nicola a Mare

San Nicola a Mare can be reached from the North along the A3 SA/RC motorway until the Battipaglia exit where you join the SS 18 Tirrena Inferiore. Continue for approximately 31 km until the Agropoli sud exit. From this last exit you have to travel another 23 km of the SS 267 passing through Santa Maria di Castellabate. The closest station is in Agropoli.
