information on the processing of personal data
This information is provided, also pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 "Code regarding the protection of personal data" (hereinafter, the "Code"), to those who connect to the website owned by Creative Section of Emanuele Mazza & C. S.n.c. (the "Publisher") at www.cilentocase.it (the "Site"); it has the purpose of describing the management methods of this Site, with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. The information is provided only for the Site mentioned above and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via specific links.
This information also has the purpose of allowing users of the Site to know the purposes and methods of processing of personal data by the Publisher in the event of their provision.
Users must carefully read this information before forwarding any type of personal information and/or completing any electronic form on the Site.
1 – Type of data processed
The Publisher may collect some personal data from users, such as name, surname and email address, aggregate information during navigation of the Site, other personal data provided voluntarily by the user during the request phase of goods or services offered by the Site or of a request for information sent to the Site by email.
The Site is accessible to users without the need to provide their personal data. However, for some features (for example contacting advertisers for their ads) it is necessary to specify the email address and/or telephone.
The User assumes responsibility for the Personal Data of third parties published or shared through this Site and guarantees that he or she has the right to communicate or disseminate them, freeing the Owner from any liability towards third parties.
1.1 – Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Site acquire, during their normal operation, some data which are then implicitly transmitted in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes, for example, IP addresses, the domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources , the time slot of the request to the server, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server and other parameters relating to the operating system and the IT environment of the user.
This is information which, basically, is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties and which can be used by the Publisher in order to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to monitor its correct functioning.
The data could also be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site.
1.2 – Cookies
Cookies are text files that the Site sends to the user's computer browser. The browser saves the information and retransmits it to the Site server when the browser accesses the Site again. The Site uses:
(a) session cookies, i.e. temporary cookies that remain in the cookie folder of the user's browser until the browsing session ends;

1.3 – Personal data provided by users
The Publisher also collects the personal data entered by users in the online request forms or voluntarily provided by the users themselves to send requests to a tourist facility or to participate in initiatives organized by the Publisher or to request goods or services, as well as personal data forwarded by the user via email.
2 – Purpose of processing
The personal data of users of the Site will be processed exclusively according to the methods described in this information and in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Privacy Code.
Data processing may consist of one or more of the following operations: collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, communication, blocking , deletion and/or destruction of Data.
In accordance with the will expressed by the user and after obtaining the relevant consent, the data processing will be carried out - depending on the case - for one or more of the following purposes:
(a) forwarding requests to advertisers on the Site, owners and/or managers of tourist facilities (such as holiday homes, hotels, residences, etc.) for which the User fills out the form online request, including those on the home page, location pages, sites of interest and categories;
(b) to respond to requests for information, accommodation or any other nature indicated by the header of the online request form;
(c) authorisation, enabling and/or customization of user access to the various areas of the Site and related contents;
(d) supply of the goods or provision of the service requested by the user and, more generally, management and execution of contracts concluded with the user;
(e) participation in initiatives organized by the Publisher, such as appeals, petitions, competitions;
(f) monitoring and examining access to and use of the Site as part of the Publisher's marketing initiatives;
(g) execution and management of any promotional and marketing activities, sending of commercial communications and advertising material, sending of newsletters, direct sales activities; the aforementioned activities may also be carried out through the use of electronic communications (such as fax, email, sms or mms);
(h) fulfillment of legal obligations, regulations deriving from community legislation or deriving from instructions given by public authorities or supervisory bodies;
(i) fulfillment of the legal obligations connected to the above-mentioned commercial relationship; execution of existing and/or future commercial relationships with you; promotion of editorial products and marketing.

3 – Treatment methods
Data processing will take place in full compliance with the principles of confidentiality, correctness, necessity, relevance, lawfulness and transparency imposed by the Privacy Code.
Data processing will be carried out mainly through the use of electronic tools, in compliance with current regulatory provisions. Suitable security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use of the same or unauthorized access.
The data will be retained for a period of time no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed.
4 – Mandatory or optional nature of providing data
The provision by the user of certain data (as better identified with a specific asterisk in the relevant form and data compilation) is necessary - depending on the case - to access the reserved areas of the Site or to participate to the requested initiative or to receive the requested goods or services.
The provision of data for all the other purposes referred to in the previous point 2 (for example, for marketing purposes or monitoring the use of the Site) is optional and does not, therefore, prevent the access to the Site or participation in the requested initiative or receipt of the requested good or service.
5 – Scope of communication and dissemination of data
The data collected for the purpose of providing services may be communicated to the Publisher's client advertisers for functions strictly connected and instrumental to the operation of the services requested by the User.
For the pursuit of the purposes referred to in the previous point 2 and within the limits of what is strictly necessary, the data may be brought to the attention of employees or collaborators of the Publisher according to and within the limits of their duties and tasks assigned to them.
Furthermore, categories of subjects who carry out activities connected and instrumental to the activities carried out by the Publisher and to whom the latter could turn - subject to appointment as data controllers - may become aware of the data carrying out the aforementioned activities, within the limits of what is strictly necessary and in compliance with the purposes referred to in the previous point 2. These categories include, by way of example only, the subjects who carry out user assistance activities, IT managers and logistics managers. The data will not be disclosed in any way.

7 – User rights recognized by Art. 7 of the Privacy Code
As an interested party, you may exercise all the rights indicated in article 7 of the Privacy Code. These rights may be exercised according to the methods indicated in article 9 of the aforementioned Code. In particular, we inform you that, by contacting the Data Controller, you will have the right to:
(a) obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form;
(b) to obtain the indication (I) of the origin of the data; (II) the purposes and methods of processing; (III) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; (IV) the identification details of the Data Controller and those responsible for the processing; and (V) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as data controllers or persons in charge of processing;
(c) to obtain: (I) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; and (II) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of any data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; (III) the certification that the operations referred to in numbers (I) and (II) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in where such fulfillment will prove impossible or will involve the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
(d) to object, in whole or in part: (I) for legitimate reasons to the processing of data, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; and (II) to the processing of data for the purposes of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research.
