The beaches of Casal Velino extend along the coastal stretch that goes from Ascea Marina to Pioppi. The main beach is the largest in the municipality and is in the center of the village. The beach is right next to the Lungomare Speranza, and along this stretch of road there are numerous paid parking lots, as well as numerous descents leading directly to the sea. What makes this beach particularly suitable for families is the shallow seabed, which allows the little ones to play and swim in peace. The various bathing establishments along the waterfront offer sunbeds, umbrellas, showers, toilets and restaurants. You can also rent water sports equipment, such as canoes and pedal boats. The Casal Velino waterfront is also a great place for a pleasant evening stroll, with a wide selection of bars, restaurants and ice cream parlors along the way.

If you prefer a quieter and more natural beach, you can head to the beach of Dominella. The coast in this area offers a small but charming beach characterized by a combination of sand and pebbles. You can reach it both from the center of Casal Velino Marina, near the port, and by following a path along the coastal road known as "Via del Mare" that leads to Pioppi. Despite its location near the entrance to the port, the sea is clean and the place is relatively quiet during the off-season, such as May, July and September. The seabed is shallow and sandy in the first part, but becomes rocky moving north. The beach is free, but there is the possibility of renting umbrellas at a structure located at the entrance to the beach. The beach farthest north, instead, in the direction of Ascea and near the Velia archaeological area, offers a special area where dogs are allowed. This stretch of coast allows you to spend pleasant moments in the company of your four-legged friend, enjoying the ample space and the crystal-clear waters.

Just before Pioppi, there are the beaches of "Fossa dell'Elice" and "Piani", which line the provincial road of the sea. These beaches are characterized by pebbles and rocks, so they may not be suitable for young children and the elderly, but they represent the perfect place for those who want to spend a day of absolute relaxation at the beach. In addition, they are a true paradise for diving and snorkeling enthusiasts, offering the opportunity to explore the wonders of the seabed. The descents to the sea are easily recognizable thanks to the picturesque wooden signs that indicate the start of the trails that lead to the beaches. Parking is free and is located along the road.
