The Nerea Apartments are located just steps from the sea in Casal Velino Marina, Italy. They are the ideal solution for couples and small families looking to spend a relaxing vacation without having to worry about a car. The complex is located just 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach of Casal Velino. The apartments consist of a bedroom with balcony, recently renovated bathrooms, a living area with kitchen and sofa bed, TV and furnished terraces. They can comfortably accommodate 4 to 5 people. Each apartment is equipped with a washing machine, Wi-Fi access, air conditioning and an outdoor shower. In addition, the entire complex has a large parking lot and guarantees a reserved parking space. Linens are available upon request. During the months of July and August, bookings are only available for weekly stays. However, outside of these months, it is possible to book stays of less than a week and for weekends. The location of the apartments will allow you to easily reach the numerous restaurants, cafes and shops on the seafront and in the town center.
