Santa Maria di Castellabate is a tourist destination on the Tyrrhenian coast of the Cilento region, characterized by its privileged position between Punta Tresino and Punta Licosa. This structure dating back to the 12th century, wanted by Abbot Simeone, once stored the goods of Cilento exchanged with Cava de' Tirreni and Naples. Walking along the Perrotti or Pepi waterfront, you can admire statues and monuments, as well as enjoy the sea. In the city center, Corso Matrazzo offers shops and a pleasant walk towards Piazza Lucia.
