The easiest way to reach the village by car is to take the A3 Autostrada del Sole from Naples in the direction of Salerno. Once in Salerno, take the A20 Autostrada Tirrenica Salentina in the direction of Reggio Calabria. Exit at the Battipaglia exit and follow the SS18 Tirrena Inferiore in the direction of Agropoli/Vallo della Lucania. After about 30 kilometers, take the SS18 variant in the direction of Futani. Exit at the Poderia exit and follow the signs for Centola/Palinuro. San Severino di Centola is about 2 kilometers from the Poderia exit.
