This spacious apartment is perfect for families and groups of up to 6 people. It is located in a quiet area, just a short drive from the beach and the town center of Marina di Camerota. The apartment is tastefully furnished and includes: A living room with kitchenette, TV, and sofa bed 2 bedrooms with double beds A bathroom with shower and washing machine A furnished terrace with stunning sea views The apartment is also equipped with bed and bath linen, and Wi-Fi. Guests can park their car in the villa's private parking lot. In summer, guests can book boat trips from the port of Camerota to the Infreschi Bay and the Blue Grotto of Palinuro. For nature lovers and hikers, there are trails between the beach of La Calanca and Palinuro and from the beach of Lentiscelle to the coves along the path leading to the marine protected area of Baia degli Infreschi.

The rates, differentiated by period and by the number of occupants, whether adults or children over the age of three (demonstrable with an identity document), refer to the stay including electricity, hot water, gas, VAT, parking space for each housing unit, bed linen, bathroom linen, heating or air conditioning, washing machine (private for each housing unit), camping cot (on request) and everything that is supplied by the structure.
The prices do not include:
Final cleaning €35.00 (mandatory)
daily change of towels €15.00 (if requested)
daily change of linen bedroom, €5.00 for a single bed €7.00 for a double bed (if requested)
daily cleaning carried out by our staff, with a fee to be agreed on site (if requested)
security deposit of €100.00 (mandatory)
the presence of pets (admitted only after prior approval from the management) with a rate of €5.00 per day

Terms and conditions
The booking must take place only following confirmation by the owner of the actual availability of the apartment for the requested period.
To confirm the booking it is mandatory to send a deposit equal to 30% of the cost of the stay, to be paid by bank transfer.
The deposit must be paid within 3 days of the booking date.
Upon arrival and before handing over the keys, the total balance and a deposit of €100.00 per apartment. The deposit will be returned upon departure after checking the apartment.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, which must be done by fax or e-mail, we will retain the deposit as follows: 10% if the cancellation occurs within 60 days. before the arrival; 50% if the cancellation occurs between 60 and 30 days. before the arrival; the entire deposit if the cancellation occurs before 30 days. from arrival.
Check-in from 3pm to 8pm on the day of arrival
Check-out by 10am on the day of departure
