On a hilltop with stunning views of the crystal-clear stretch of sea in front of the tourist center of Acciaroli, Villa Belvedere is an independent building, entirely clad in stone and equipped with outdoor spaces reserved for both parking and the equipped garden. The villa is located in a truly quiet and relaxing area, even though it is not far from the town center. A suitable accommodation for small groups of friends or families who want to spend their vacation in a balanced mix of sea and relaxation. The interior consists of a large dining room with a living room corner where there is a comfortable sofa with welded electric grids, convertible into a double bed, and a kitchen equipped with utensils, pots, refrigerator and electric oven. From the dining room, through a hallway, you can access the rest of the accommodation consisting of a single bedroom and an elegant double bedroom, both with wrought iron beds, wooden furniture and wood-glazed monocottura floors, and the bathroom, with shower cubicle and sink and mirror in wood and marble. It should be noted that, with the exception of August, requests are only accepted within 30 days of the arrival date (see also price notes).

EXCLUSION OF THE MONTH OF AUGUST ONLY. REQUESTS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY IF SENT WITHIN THE 30 DAYS BEFORE THE ARRIVAL DATE. EXAMPLE: FOR ARRIVAL DAY 10/07/2010 REQUESTS MUST ARRIVE FROM 10/06/2010. RESERVATIONS SENT EARLIER WILL NOT BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION. Stays are weekly: entry at 5.30pm on Saturday; exit at 10.00 the following Saturday. The cost of the air conditioning is given by the actual consumption to be paid at the end of the stay.

Tourist tax: €1 per person per day.
