Argento Ancora is a vacation apartment in the Torre la Punta park in Acciaroli. It overlooks the sea between centuries-old olive trees, almonds and oaks. It is part of the Bluoltremare complex of holiday homes. It is a recently renovated three-bedroom apartment, very spacious, (about 75 square meters), consisting of two bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom, and a living room with kitchenette. The accommodation is completed by the bathroom with shower.

The apartment is equipped with: air conditioners (3), washing machine, TV, microwave, wi-fi internet connection, mosquito nets and hair dryer. Linen is available on request for a fee. Outside is the furnished garden with sea view. Available beds are 6/8. Beach equipment included in the price. (Umbrella, two deck chairs and a sunbed). Shaded parking space a few meters from the entrance to the apartment.

The park has access to the natural bay below, with a beachfront of over 200 meters, sandy bottom and pebbly beach with sandy areas. Two natural cliffs frame the inlet and are great for fishing and snorkeling. This apartment is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Cilento coast. It is located in a quiet and secluded area, yet it is still close to all the amenities you need. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, and it has a beautiful view of the sea. The park has access to a private beach, which is perfect for swimming, sunbathing and water sports.

LENGTH OF STAY: rates refer to weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday. PRICE REDUCTIONS: in case of stays of 2/3/4 weeks, the price is reduced by 5/10/15% respectively. INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: a shaded parking space, an umbrella, a deck chair and a beach bed, use of the washing machine in the apartments that are not equipped with one, preparation of the TV system. THE PRICE ARE EXCLUDED: initial cleaning for €50.00 per stay and water, electricity and gas consumption for €10.00 per person per week. Linen is provided on request for a fee of €8 per person per week. Possibility of changing towels midweek. SECURITY DEPOSIT: is €200.00 per stay per apartment. PAYMENT: to confirm the booking, 30% of the sum must be sent as a confirmation deposit; the balance will be paid upon arrival. DAILY CLEANING SERVICE: upon request when booking, it is possible to have the service for €10.00 per hour. EQUIPMENT: mosquito nets, washing machine, air conditioning in the bedroom and TV system. PETS: pets are allowed.
