Comfortable and efficient apartment (two-room apartment) of approx. 38 square meters, ideal for two adults and one child with a maximum capacity of 2+1 people. The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of the "Residence Albarosa", a holiday facility located on a hill in the ancient village of Terradura, 4 km from Ascea and 7 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of Marina di Ascea (reachable in 13 minutes by car), one of the pearls of the picturesque Cilento coast.

The apartment is accessed via a private entrance, a staircase with 7 steps and a terrace decorated with flowers and furnished with a stone table and wrought iron chairs, umbrella and deckchairs. The interior is furnished in typical Mediterranean style with original oil paintings. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, refrigerator with freezer, gas stove, electric oven, dining table, flat-screen TV with satellite TV; a spacious double bedroom with wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers, a comfortable cot and the possibility of inserting a single bed; a bathroom with shower cubicle and wc bidet. The apartment has a free reserved parking space inside the structure and a small shaded garden surrounded by greenery with a children's play area, table and chairs, swing, deckchairs, umbrella in front of the apartment. Coin-operated washing machine service is located on the ground floor of the staircase in the parking area.

On the third level of the Residence Albarosa, its guests are offered a spacious, panoramic furnished terrace that dominates the village of Terradura, the Archaeological Excavations and the historic Tower of Elea/Velia, the Gulf of Ascea and Casal Velino and the fantastic Cilento hinterland. Internet wi-fi access is available. Small animals (only dogs) are allowed upon authorization. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge with weekly kit change. Breakfast and dinner service is available for guests. Compulsory: Deposit Euro 150,00 - Final cleaning cost Euro 50,00.
