The Magna Grecia apartment of about 70 square meters can accommodate up to 7 people. It has a dining room with a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and espresso machine and with a living area equipped with a sofa; 2 bedrooms, equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, served by a bathroom with shower box and washing machine; private outdoor space equipped with garden furniture. The Velia apartment on the first floor can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to a double and a triple. It also has a kitchenette with living room and bathroom. The living area is preceded by a terrace equipped with a view of the ancient Velia Tower. The apartment is equipped with linen, air conditioning, TV, washing machine and dishwasher. The Parmenide apartment for 4 people has 2 double bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and a living area, and a bathroom with shower box. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, linen, washing machine, dishwasher, TV and an outdoor equipped area. L'Ulivo is an independent wooden accommodation with a spacious bedroom, a double and a bunk bed, a kitchen with a living area and a fold-away bed, and facilities with a shower box. The accommodation has linen, TV and air conditioning. Outside, a lovely equipped space with table, chairs and a sofa. In the company, you can do various activities in the common areas: the swimming pool with sun terrace, the reading room and the outdoor equipped areas for relaxing; numerous paths for pleasant walks in contact with nature.

Opening date of the structure: from Easter to 30/10.
Services: guests can choose to stay in a B&B or half board formula . N.B.: *from Easter to 1 June and from 15 September to 30 October only the bed and breakfast service is available. From 1 June to 15 September you can also book Half Board.
Pool opening date: from 10/06 to 10/09. N.B.: There are specific times for access with the obligation to wear headphones.

Note: minimum stay 2 nights. Change of linen as needed. Daily cleaning or on request. The room has a ceiling fan. If damage is detected inside the accommodation, the costs will be charged at the end of the stay
