Located in the plain of Velia, along the stretch of road that leads to Marina di Ascea, stands the Le Acacie tourist complex. The residence, immersed in a centuries-old vineyard, consists of independent apartments distributed on several levels, of varying sizes, that can accommodate up to 6 persons. Inside they have a fully equipped kitchen, a TV and air conditioning (not in all apartments). Linen is available on request for a fee. In front of the structure we find a swimming pool equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds and a children's playground. Guests also have access to a tennis court, soccer field, bocce court, table tennis and foosball. Also within the residential complex we find a bar open every day from 9 to 22. Near the reception there is the wi-fi internet area. The residence is affiliated with a bathing establishment in Marina di Ascea.

Pool Regulations: Open from 9:00 to 19:00. It is forbidden to: dive into the swimming pool, play football, leave clothes on the deckchairs.
€50 cleaning fee for the second week.
Discount of €100 on the second and subsequent weeks.
And ' Mandatory: Take a shower, wear a cap and use the appropriate ladders to enter the pool.

RESIDENCE FORMULA:
Referred to each apartment, they are from Saturday to Saturday and the accommodation will be delivered to you from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9.00 am on the day of departure, the cost of consumption expenses and €30.00 (obligation to leave the kitchenette is clean and tidy), the rate includes the consumption of water, electricity, gas, air conditioning in the attics and at pre-established times (times: 13/18 and 22/06). Linen and services not indicated are considered subject to charges.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
Reservation cancellations or cancellations up to 20 days before the arrival date are always unwelcome for both parties. In such circumstances, we will be forced to charge 30% of the booked stay, retaining the confirmation deposit paid. For cancellations/cancellations within 20 days and in case of late arrival and/or early departure, all booked days will be charged.
With the payment of the confirmation deposit or the sending of the booking form, the general conditions of booking and in particular the cancellation conditions are considered understood and legally accepted in full.
PAYMENTS:
30% deposit upon booking, the balance in cash upon arrival at the facility before handing over the keys.
