Air-conditioned accommodation in a peaceful residential area along the stretch of coast connecting Casal Velino Marina to Pioppi. The property is located on the second floor of a villa with a swimming pool. It can accommodate 3 people. The interior consists of: a living area with a kitchenette, living room with air conditioning, sofa bed, and TV; a double bedroom with air conditioning, TV, and a small terrace; a bathroom with a shower. The attic is equipped with air conditioners, bed and bath linen, internet wi-fi, two TVs, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and washing machine.

Outside, there is a spacious private parking area. Guests can use the pool with a solarium area, the shower with hot water, and the shared barbecue. Cars can be parked within the property. Upon arrival, a remote control for the automatic gate and a key for the small gate will be provided. Surveillance cameras are installed in the garden and parking area. Linen and air conditioning are included in the offer during the months of July and August.

The sea with a pebble beach 300 meters away and a sandy beach 350 meters away can be reached via a short downhill path. The town center and the seafront beach are just 1 minute by car. The central location of Casal Velino Marina within the Cilento Park area allows easy access to Velia (5 minutes), the Mediterranean Diet Museum in Pioppi (2 minutes by car), Acciaroli (10 minutes by car), the archaeological site of Paestum (25 minutes by car), and the coast of Palinuro and Marina di Camerota (around 35/40 minutes by car).

The swimming pool is available from mid-May to October 30th.
The prices shown in the table are per week. Stays run from Saturday to Saturday.
Departure time is by 10:00 AM, arrival time is from 3:30 PM.
The prices include: use of air conditioners for July and August; bed and bath linen for stays of at least 1 week; water, electricity, and gas; cleaning.

Tourist tax not included: € 1 per person per day.

Air conditioners are available in both bedrooms and the living room.
Deposit required at the time of booking, balance due upon arrival at key delivery.
Upon arrival, guests must present an identity document.
Under no circumstances may the number of guests exceed 3 people.
Surveillance cameras are installed in the parking lot and at the entrance of the property.

The accommodation is handed over to guests in perfect order and cleanliness. At check-out, any damages will be charged. Guests are expected to leave the property in order before departure.
