Charming air-conditioned attic apartment in a quiet residential area along the coast between Casal Velino Marina and Pioppi. The accommodation is on the second floor of a villa and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 persons. Inside, the attic comprises a living area with a well-equipped kitchenette and a cozy air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed and TV. The double bedroom features air conditioning, TV, and a small terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine. The attic is provided with air conditioning, bed linen, and towels, as well as Wi-Fi internet, 2 TVs, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, and washing machine.

Outside, there is ample private parking available and a hot water outdoor shower. Guests can park their car inside the property and will receive a remote control for the automatic gate and a key for the small gate upon arrival. There are also security cameras in the garden and parking area. Bed linen and air conditioning are included in the rental during the months of July and August. The pebble beach is only 250 meters away, and the sandy beach can be reached within 350 meters via a short downhill path. The town center and the seafront beach are just a one-minute drive away.

The prices shown in the table are per week. The stays are from Saturday to Saturday.
Departure time by 10.00 am, arrival time starting from 3.30 pm.
Prices include: use air conditioners for July and August; towels and bed linen for stays of at least 1 week; water, electricity and gas; cleaning.
Prices do not include: for stays of less than a week, bed and bathroom linen €8 per person; change of sheets and towels €8 per person; air conditioning in low season €10 per night, €60 per week.

Tourist tax not included: €1 per person per day.

The accommodation is delivered to guests in perfect order and cleanliness. Upon return, at the end of the stay, any faults will be counted. Outgoing guests must ensure that the property is left tidy before their departure.
