Air-conditioned attic on the second floor of a villa located in Dominella, Marina di Casal Velino. It can accommodate up to 4 persons. At the entrance, on the right, there is a living room with a sofa, TV and a kitchen equipped with dishes, fridge with freezer and oven. From here you can access the equipped terrace with a view of the sea and the Dominella tower. Walking through the living area you can access the two bedrooms, one double and one twin, served by a bathroom with shower cubicle, washing machine and washing area. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning (included in the offer in July and August).

The apartment is also equipped with bed linen, Wi-Fi internet and a clothesline. Possibility to access the Netflix online platform for watching movies and documentaries. On the ground floor, outside, guests can use the hot water shower and the shared barbecue. The car can be parked inside the property. On arrival, a remote control for the automatic gate and a key for the gate will be given. CCTV cameras in the parking lot and at the entrance to the property. Air conditioners are included in the offer in July and August

The prices shown in the table are per week. Stays are from Saturday to Saturday.
Departure time by 10.00 am, arrival time starting from 3.30 pm.
Prices include: use air conditioners for July and August; towels and bed linen for stays of at least 1 week; water, electricity and gas; cleaning.
Prices do not include: for stays of less than a week, bed and bathroom linen €8 per person; change of sheets and towels €8 per person; air conditioning in low season €10 per night, €60 per week.

Tourist tax not included: €1 per person per day.

L' accommodation is delivered to guests in perfect order and cleanliness. Upon return, at the end of the stay, any faults will be counted. Outgoing guests must ensure that the property is left tidy before their departure.
