Apartment with sea view terrace in panoramic area in Pioppi. Can accommodate up to 4 people. The "Mare di Pioppi" is part of the "L'Orizzonte" complex, which also houses the accommodation called "Ponente di Pioppi". The apartment is spread over two levels: on the ground floor the living area with equipped kitchen, TV, sofa bed and bathroom with shower; on the upper floor a large bedroom with double bed (a cot can be added on request).

The apartment is air-conditioned and is provided with linen. Outside, in front of the entrance, the accommodation has a furnished area of 20 square meters with table, chairs and sunbed. Here you can have lunch and enjoy moments of relaxation with a remarkable panoramic view of the coast up to Capo Palinuro. The services also include a shared washing machine, outdoor showers, 2 laundries, a barbecue for guests' common use and a large internal parking lot.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartments.
Small pets allowed only with prior notification.
In the months of July and August the following is included in the price:

- Internet wi-fi
- Air conditioning< br />Not included in the price:
- Final cleaning €30, plus €20 as a supplement in the presence of pets
- Bed linen and towels on request €10 per person
Booking and cancellation methods
- to complete the booking the customer must, after sending confirmation and receiving written confirmation from us, pay a confirmatory deposit of the sum corresponding to 30% of the total stay.
- the stay is considered confirmed upon receipt of the same and subsequent definitive written confirmation on our part.
- the confirmatory deposit can be sent by bank transfer to the bank details indicated in the confirmation email.
- They are not post-dated bank transfers accepted.
Any cancellation of the reservation, which must be done via e-mail (with confirmation of receipt) will have the following effects:
- cancellation up to 90 days does not entail no penalty and the confirmation deposit can be reused for a future stay with us.
- from the 90th day to the 60th day of arrival, 30% of the confirmation deposit will be retained; the remaining 70% can be used for a future stay with us.
- from the 60th day to the 45th day of arrival, 50% of the confirmation deposit will be retained; the remaining 50% can be used for a future stay with us.
- from the 45th day to the day of arrival, 100% of the confirmation deposit will be retained.
- in case of no-show we will reserves the right, in addition to forfeiting the deposit paid, to request the entire amount of the stay.
- for a late arrival and/or an early departure, the amount of the days not used will still be charged.
