Three-bedroom apartment in a panoramic area in Pioppi. This apartment is located in a panoramic area of Pioppi, Italy. It has a surface area of approximately 35 square meters and is located on the ground floor of the "L'Orizzonte" property, which also houses the "Mare di Pioppi" apartment overlooking the sea. The apartment consists of: a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and sofa bed A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed A bathroom with a shower The apartment is air-conditioned and includes bed linen. Outside the apartment, there is a furnished area of 20 square meters with a table, chairs, and a sunbed. The property also includes a shared washing machine, outdoor showers, two washing machines, a barbecue, and a large internal parking lot.

Notes on prices
Smoking is prohibited in the apartments.
Small pets allowed only with prior notification.
In the months of July and August the following is included in the price:
- Consumption
- Internet wi-fi
- Air conditioning< br />Not included in the price:
- Final cleaning €30, plus €20 as a supplement in the presence of pets
- Bed linen and towels on request €10 per person
Booking and cancellation methods
- to complete the booking the customer must, after sending confirmation and receiving written confirmation from us, pay a confirmatory deposit of the sum corresponding to 30% of the total stay.
- the stay is considered confirmed upon receipt of the same and subsequent definitive written confirmation on our part.
- the confirmatory deposit can be sent by bank transfer to the bank details indicated in the confirmation email.
- They are not post-dated bank transfers accepted.
Any cancellation of the reservation, which must be done via e-mail (with confirmation of receipt) will have the following effects:
- cancellation up to 90 days does not entail no penalty and the confirmation deposit can be reused for a future stay with us.
- from the 90th day to the 60th day of arrival, 30% of the confirmation deposit will be retained; the remaining 70% can be used for a future stay with us.
- from the 60th day to the 45th day of arrival, 50% of the confirmation deposit will be retained; the remaining 50% can be used for a future stay with us.
- from the 45th day to the day of arrival, 100% of the confirmation deposit will be retained.
- in case of no-show we will reserves the right, in addition to forfeiting the deposit paid, to request the entire amount of the stay.
- for a late arrival and/or an early departure, the amount of the days not used will still be charged.
