The San Giorgio farmhouse, located in Acquavella, a town in the municipality of Casal Velino, was born from a farmhouse renovated in 1995. In the past, next to the house, there was a room used as a mill, which today constitutes the tavern. Inside there is a typical fireplace made with old mills, also used for the table placed in the shade of the gazebo.The farmhouse is now surrounded by a large private park that frames the swimming pool.

The structure consists of: five rooms; two annexes; an apartment. The rooms, from two to four beds, are equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, terrace, garden, hair dryer and refrigerator. For those who choose this accommodation solution, breakfast is included. The annexes (Vigneto and Sara) and the apartment (Il Melograno), on the other hand, are independent accommodations with an equipped kitchen, bedrooms, two bathrooms, each with an equipped outdoor area. The apartment "Il Melograno" accommodates up to 6 people, has an area of 100 square meters and is compliant with the regulations for the removal of architectural barriers. The annexes Vigneto and Sara can accommodate up to 5 people. The rooms are air-conditioned and bed and bath linen are provided. Wi-Fi internet connection is available within the structure.

Guests can use the swimming pool with solarium open from June to mid-September. A reading room and outdoor areas equipped for relaxation are available. It is possible to play ping-pong and in the bowling alley. There is also a playground for the little ones. Animals are allowed (with cleaning supplement), but it is necessary to report their presence at the time of booking. The company produces olive oil, wine, vegetables and raises, for business use, rabbits, chickens. Guests can purchase products (oil, wine, honey, cold cuts) in the dedicated business space.
