The San Giorgio farmhouse, located in Acquavella, a town in the municipality of Casal Velino, was born from a farmhouse renovated in 1995. In the past, next to the house, there was a room used as a mill, which today constitutes the tavern. Inside there is a typical fireplace made with old mills, also used for the table placed in the shade of the gazebo.The farmhouse is now surrounded by a large private park that frames the swimming pool.

The structure consists of: five rooms; two annexes; an apartment. The rooms, from two to four beds, are equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, terrace, garden, hair dryer and refrigerator. For those who choose this accommodation solution, breakfast is included. The annexes (Vigneto and Sara) and the apartment (Il Melograno), on the other hand, are independent accommodations with an equipped kitchen, bedrooms, two bathrooms, each with an equipped outdoor area. The apartment "Il Melograno" accommodates up to 6 people, has an area of 100 square meters and is compliant with the regulations for the removal of architectural barriers. The annexes Vigneto and Sara can accommodate up to 5 people. The rooms are air-conditioned and bed and bath linen are provided. Wi-Fi internet connection is available within the structure.

Guests can use the swimming pool with solarium open from June to mid-September. A reading room and outdoor areas equipped for relaxation are available. It is possible to play ping-pong and in the bowling alley. There is also a playground for the little ones. Animals are allowed (with cleaning supplement), but it is necessary to report their presence at the time of booking. The company produces olive oil, wine, vegetables and raises, for business use, rabbits, chickens. Guests can purchase products (oil, wine, honey, cold cuts) in the dedicated business space.

For the months of July and August we accept minimum weekly nights with check-in and check-out on Saturdays.
Pets are allowed with a supplement of €30 for final cleaning.
Final cleaning costs in the apartment.
Tourist tax not included in the rates.
Discount for groups of minimum 10 people in low season.
Supplement single use room: +30%.
Supplement additional cot: €5.00 per day.
Supplement third bed (on room rates):
Children have a discount on the rate based on their age group
Up to 3 years they pay nothing if they sleep with their parents
Senior age discount: -10% in low season on weekly stays, age must be indicated by email
Discounts cannot be combined.
Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in starts from 3:00 pm. Check-out by 10:00 on the day of departure. If you wish to leave after the indicated deadline, subject to availability, a supplement of 30.00 euros may be applied.
Booking Method
Following our confirmation of availability, the booking must be made by sending a deposit of 25% of the total amount. After paying the deposit, a copy of the receipt must be sent via e-mail to the email address info@sangiorgioagriturismo.it.
Payment can be made in the following way:

N.B.: The reservation will become effective only after our confirmation.
The balance must be paid upon the customer's arrival by cash or check.
Cancellation Method
The reservation can be canceled by the user only by e-mail.
Cancellations must be communicated at least 30 days before the arrival date for 100% refund of the amount. For cancellations communicated after the aforementioned time limits, the farmhouse reserves the right to withhold a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total amount if the cancellation request is made within two weeks of the arrival date. If the cancellation is communicated within 5 days of arrival, or no show, 100% of the amount paid will be retained.
Any early departures will still result in 100% of the balance of the days not used.
